  • $325 Team entry fee
  • 4-person teams counting goalie on ice (having subs available is recommended)
  • Availability based on first come and paid in full basis ONLY
  • Games Played on 40 X 60 Rink
  • Game Times:
  • Sundays: 5:00 and 6:15  
  • Tuesdays: 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30
  • Thursdays: 6:30 and 7:45
  • Men's Boot Hockey Sunday or Monday Nights and Thursday Nights
  • Women's Broom Ball Tuesday Night
  • More nights can be added based on demand
  • All Players must be 21 and have legal ID to play (every Game)
  • Beer Specials given for each game
  • Preliminary league days based on number of teams and interest


Every player must fill out Release of Liability Form before playing!

Prior SUMMER 2023 teams will have APRIL 29th to have Priority Registration-

APRIL 30th is Open Registration for New Teams!

It will be based on a first come first serve basis.

Registration forms will be dated and time stamped.

Cozzie's Golf League

​Oak Glen Championship Course Monday Evening Cozzie’s Men + Women + COED teams welcome! 9 Hole Team League Welcoming New Players!


The Cozzie’s Golf League consists of 4 person teams (up to 6 players may rotate play weekly) and takes place on Monday evenings at Oak Glen. Teams compete head to head with another team in a twosome match play format - with 36 possible points available per foursome, per week. Each week there is a weekly closest to the pin game and birdie payouts. Players pay a green fee of $21 to walk or $29 to ride for 9 holes. A $4 prize fund is also collected each week. If a team is short they can find an extra to fit in as a sub for that particular week.


Play is a 5:30 PM Shotgun (April, May, August) and 6PM shotgun (June, July) start and the league begins on April 24th and will end on August 28th. NO LEAGUE PLAY ON MEMORIAL DAY AND INDEPENDENCE DAY. League Fees The entry fee is $200 for the team and is due before the season starts. Click here to register your team for the 2023 Season.

  • ​​Players can sign up by printing off Registration Form from this page and dropping it off at the Registration Station registration April 29th (returning teams) & April 30th (open registration). There will also be blank forms available at the bar to fill out the day of registration.  Our League Coordinator will be present to take your forms and answer any questions.  If there are any open spots remaining after the registration dates, we will extend registration and announce those dates on FB and our website, but for now forms will only be accepted on registration dates. Please plan accordingly.  
  • SUMMER 2023 will receive priority the first night of registration ONLY and any openings after that will be on a first come first serve basis as all forms are date and time stamped upon receipt.
  • Summer league will begin the week of June 3rd. Summer leagues will go through the week of August 5th.  all League will begin the following week.
  • The end of season playoff will be played the same night as league.  Not a separate day.
  • The cost per team is $250.  We accept all major credit cards or cash

  • NO registration form will be accepted without payment in full– Payment will be processed when league night is confirmed with each team Captain

  • All participants must be 21+

  • 6 Players on court -  Co-Ed (have subs available)  Must have at lease 2 (TWO)  female players on court at all times

  • PLAYERS PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN VOLLEYBALLS TO WARM UP WITH!

  • Cozzie’s recreational volleyball league is for people who want to have FUN!

  • There will be an overall season 1st, and 2nd place with cash reward. 

  • Rules will be enforced and referee’s will be working each match.

  • We are anticipating game times to be start around 6PM with the last game around 9PM.

  • Anticipated league nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (based on demand).

  • Teams will be required to bring their own regulation ACA bags for the 2024 season.  Corn or synthetic corn filled only.  NO SAND.  SMOOTH SIDES.  Please plan to bring your own set. A bags set will be provided IF your set does not follow guidelines.

  • 2 Players per team – Can be Male, Female or Co-Ed (have subs available)

  • Cozzie’s Bean Bag League is for people who want to have FUN!

  • There will be an overall season 1st, and 2nd place with cash reward. 

  • Rules will be enforced and scores will be kept  

  • Anticipated league nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (based on demand).
